Forms
When possible forms will be availble in three differnt formats for your convinience.
- HTML: is easily viewable with your web browser, but may not print well.
- Word: is compatible with Microsoft word and is a good choice to download (save to your computer) and print if you have Word or a program that can read word documents. This is also nice if you would like to fill in the form on your computer and then print it.
- PDF: can be viewed and printed nicely with Adobe Acrobats free acrobat reader. It's easy to download and install.
